Moving Forward - Project

Project overview

The project offers learning opportunities and promotes social integration to members of the community via confidential outreach and support services and formal and informal training courses. The Community Centre provides a safe environment for those wanting to learn new skills to improve employability and develop social networks to reduce social isolation. The centre has a garden to grow fresh food for their café to encourage healthy eating, and they also use part of this garden for an on-site nursery.
