Project overview

Women living in disadvantaged BME communities in Tower Hamlets will be supported to access education, training, volunteer and work opportunities. The project will be sensitive to the women's cultural needs and respond to the barriers women face to entering work. It will encourage women to become volunteers to develop their skills and also to act as mentors to inspire others within their communities.
