Project overview

The ACE Project combines two successful projects: Bikes 4 All and the Eco Management Audit Scheme (EMAS) in Schools. Bikes 4 All trains young offenders in bicycle maintenance and provides free second-hand bicycles, which have been refurbished and recycled, to residents of deprived wards in Leicester. EMAS in Schools encourages and enables children to monitor and improve their school's environmental performance.
