Project overview

This project aims to engage unemployed people with mental health issues who do not see work as an achievable goal, in a range of activities, training and support which will increase their ability to see work as a real possibility and impact positively upon their mental wellbeing. The project will tackle various barriers including lack of confidence, sedentary and unhealthy lifestyles, social isolation, lack of motivation and ambition, benefit dependency and the lack of a positive routine.
