Happy Healthy Fulham Project (HHF) - Project

Project overview

This project will improve the health, happiness and wellbeing of deprived and isolated older people and young families. The group will develop networks of friendships and care and increase access to services and support. The project will also provide weekly contact between vulnerable young families and healthcare professionals. Trained volunteers will work with families through pregnancy and the first 18 months of a baby's life. Training, mentoring, counselling and support will all be on offer.
