Support To Employment Programme (STEP) - Project

Project overview

This new project aims to support the young residents of Academy 4 Housing (A4H) to have a greater chance of accessing and sustaining employment, education or training within the housing and skilled trade sectors and to become active members in their local communities. It will identify and secure work placements with its partners. It will also provide job specific skills training in the building trade, as well as general support and skills such CV writing, interview techniques and advice on budgeting.
