No place like home - Project

Project overview

This is a continuation and expansion of a mediation service which aims to reduce youth homelessness in Burton on Trent. The project works with health, social, voluntary and community agencies who refer young people who have reached crisis point. Sessions involving family members and the young person will help to resolve conflict situations so the young person can return or stay at home, move in with other family or friends, plan a move to alternative accommodation, or be supported in living independently.
