Domestic Violence: A concern for all! - Project

Project overview

This is a new project based in the London Borough of Barnet which aims to support BME women experiencing domestic violence (DV). In this instance, this would include forced marriages, potential honour killings and female genital mutilation (FGM).The group will provide counselling and confidence building sessions, on a one-to-one and group basis, in local refuges three times per week and delivered by trained counsellors and professional psychiatrists.
