Project overview

Moreland Trust Health and Social care, based in Wolverhampton, will through this project, continue and extend the delivery of much needed support and advice, mainly but not exclusively to African Caribbean older people. The project will continue to provide an advocacy and befriending service, advice on welfare benefits and energy saving, arrange home help and other appropriate support, ensure suitable transport/mobility services are available and organise day trips out.
