Project overview

This project, by Havering Crossroads Limited, will continue to provide a specialist, carer-needs-led and person centred dementia service supporting informal carers to care for their loved ones (who have a diagnosis of dementia which has reached the moderate to severe stages) in their own homes. This is achieved by a regular fully trained care support worker taking over the role of the carer, allowing that person respite from their caring role on a weekly basis.
