Project overview

This project will continue and expand a piloted project to provide practical work experience for rural young people living in Somerset through the provision of taster and volunteer placements around automotive skills around repairing mopeds. The emphasis of the project is to provide young people with work experience which enhances their employment opportunities and builds their workplace confidence. The expansion will see the project rolled out to more young people following the success of the pilot.
