Project overview

This project aims to break down isolation, create cohesion, increase confidence and learning, and develop a community space. It will provide regular community development events and information. Participants will have an opportunity to work together and create lasting change. The project will connect people to each other, provide information and involve family and friends as a way of increasing support and creating inclusion and cohesion.
