BCT Community Action - Project

Project overview

This project, targeting the Beechwood and Ballantyne estates in Merseyside, will offer training and support to individuals stated as suffering multiple deprivations. Ten skills courses will be delivered, aimed at enhancing skills such as numeracy, literacy and team working. Volunteering and placement opportunities will also be available and encouraged, including volunteer learning guides within the training centre itself to act as peer mentors for those beginning the training.
