World Stories - Project

Project overview

This England-wide project aims to develop the listening and speaking skills of children aged under 11 who speak the 20 most common languages for people with English as a second language. It will create a bank of stories in both these languages and in English, which will then be downloaded by people working with children in educational, play and care settings. The children will be encouraged to create their own responses such as pictures, poems and stories and send them in to the organisation.
