Project overview

This project supports and trains families in how to deal with their conflicts and relationship difficulties, using the existing mediation model comprising of first individual and then joint family meetings to help family members move on from past disputes, identify issues, find their own solutions and plan the future together. Ongoing support is made available through facilitated exchanges, prioritisation of issues, communication skills training, assertiveness coaching and empowerment techniques.
