Y I AM - Project

Project overview

This project will provide mobile activity days such as climbing and other events, and a healthy living advisory service, for young people identified as being the most disadvantaged within Derwentside. They may be living in areas of high deprivation, excluded from mainstream education, offenders or at risk of offending, or requiring additional learning support. It is hoped the whole community will benefit from the project as they engage in diverse activities and improve their health.
