This project, based in Leeds, provides support to vulnerable people who have a number of needs including, low income, poor self-esteem, social isolation, mental health issues, drug and alcohol dependency and family troubles. The project will provide counselling, tuition, support and opportunities to enhance their physical and emotional health and well-being by resolving financial problems.
