A project to develop the existing work of Norris Green Community Alliance (NGCA), which serves one of the most deprived communities of Liverpool. The aim of the project is to enable the residents of Norris Green to become active as a community, working collectively to address common issues, to tackle disengagement, set up new community groups and develop positive relationships.
