Freedom Through Travel - Project

Project overview

This new project will deliver travel training to people with learning disabilities in Barnet, Wokingham, Harrow, Haringey and Barkingside. It will also train project staff to deliver travel training in the later years of the project. Beneficiaries will be able to take part in a 26-week travel training course which will get them accustomed to a route, familiar with public transport options and equip them with the confidence and strategies to cope with contact with strangers.
