Project overview

This project will provide support to families disadvantaged through rural isolation in East and West Sussex. The project aims to provide practical support to help families presenting with multiple, complex problems exacerbated by isolation and destitution. The project will provide outreach support at beneficiaries' homes, drop in support, advice and advocacy, hardship food provision, parenting classes, cooking and budgetary support, signposting and play therapy.
