Project overview

The continuation of this project will provide early intervention, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and social support to improve the quality of life for people with chronic or deteriorating neurological conditions. Support includes weekly self-help groups to improve physical, cognitive and communication abilities and home visits for those unable to attend group sessions.The funding will allow the team to reach more clients and to better understand their needs and help them access support.
