Project overview

This project aims to support older people in Dudley through the provision of a range of social activities from four different day centres in Merry Hill, Netherton, Dudley and Bromley. The project will offer a 10-week programme of IT classes as well as relaxation and meditation activities and exercise classes including tai chi and belly dancing. A range of creative activities such as photography, arts and crafts and creative writing will be provided as well as walking and cycling.
