Project overview

This is phase two of an upgrade and renovation of a community centre in Kingsley, Hampshire, to meet the growing needs of the local and wider rural community. Phase one was completed in 2008 and phase two comprises a new roof - the surveyor confirmed that the building will be rendered unusable in its current state within a few months. The project also includes the conversion of an old boiler room to a community storage facility and a small extension for nursery school resources.
