Reaching Out Headway East Sussex - Project

Project overview

Headway East Sussex offers services to Brain Injury survivors, their families and carers. This funding will be used to implement a new outreach programme throughout East Sussex, which will create partnerships; engage with carers, hospitals, GP's and district nurses, and with other 3rd sector organisations. This will ensure that ABI sufferers throughout the County have options and choices and can easily access their services and benefit from effective rehab, exercise, information, help and support.
