Project overview

This funding will develop a benefits advice home visiting service, tailored to the specific needs of those with sight loss or sight impairments. The project would see three advisors visiting people in their own homes to provide welfare benefits advice and information, assistance with completing benefits applications, advocacy and representation at appeals, and signposting to other services.
