Secure Minds - Project

Project overview

This funding will provide support to people who are experiencing post-natal depression and anxiety. Support will be given to mothers and their families, giving them opportunities to network with others, decreasing isolation and encouraging people to talk about their own situations and feelings associated with motherhood. There will also be a pre-birth course aimed specifically for teenagers, bringing young parents together to increase their network of support and confidence.
