This project will develop its volunteering programme to address the quality of experience for disabled volunteers as well as the quantity of opportunities. This will address challenges associated with accessibility through improving the practical, employment and leadership skills of disabled volunteers, and brokering mentoring and work placement opportunities with wider partners.
