Optimistic Ageing - Project

Project overview

This project aims to combat the effects of social isolation amongst older people in Wyre Forest, so that the longer-term negative health effects of loneliness can be prevented at an early stage. The funding will provide three part-time case workers to interact with people on a one to one basis, creating a plan with them to know how best to enable them to make progress towards becoming more independent.
