The project will use funding to establish programme that will give children, young carers and young adults (primarily those with learning difficulties) in North Norfolk opportunities that will educate, motivate and give them the knowledge to make healthier lifestyle choices. The project aims to support people to engage in a wide variety of positive activities to promote confidence and social inclusion.
