The project will connect communities in 46 local authority areas using physical activity (running groups) to bring communities together and reduce isolation and loneliness. Activities include weekly home visits for older people, by the runners, and opportunities for people who feel isolated or lonely to join a positive community group and increase their wellbeing and social connections.
