Project overview

This five year project will build stronger relationships within the diverse local community and build community resilience. It will create a 'one-stop shop' for the community, where there will be a range of activities from social and health activities to advice, training and focused interventions, offering a holistic approach to services for the community. A steering group will be created so the activities are designed by the community.
