A project that recognises homelessness is more than just a housing issue. It supports homeless people to build a positive future through a variety of initiatives including outreach, access to health and support services, emergency and longer-term accommodation. Peer support programmes help people improve their confidence, wellbeing and develop the skills they need for a fulfilling future. It also has a homelessness prevention service.
