Project overview

The organisation aims to address health inequalities in its local area by offering a combination of services including 1:1, peer support, health sessions, volunteering, local health campaigns and social prescribing. The organisation will use funding to connect the most powerful elements of its volunteer programmes, including its Health Champions, Health Trainers and Practice Champions projects to create a long term large scale volunteer programme.
