Project overview

This funding will help to support the needs of disabled people, carers and older people in a way that is flexible and empowering. The project is run by disabled people themselves who have first-hand experience. Community volunteers will help with tasks such as shopping, gardening and travelling. This will empower disabled people to live independently.
