Project overview

This funding is for the 2019 Pink Picnic, an annual event organised by Salford Pride for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans plus (LGBT+) community. The Picnic is a day of festivities with live entertainment, community stalls and outdoor activities for both adults and children. The event breaks down barriers, challenges stereotypes and brings the whole community together. LGBT organisations from across Greater Manchester will also showcase their services so that LGBT+ people know where to go for support.
