Better Together - Project

Project overview

Dedicated one to one support will be provided to people with complex needs who are experiencing mental health issues. This will empower them to improve their personal health and wellbeing and overcome barriers to move forward in their lives. It will offer participants a tailor made, supportive, flexible programme of mentoring, coaching, therapeutic activities, volunteering, training, work experience and support into employment or 'back to work' initiatives available locally.
