Project overview

This project will offer a range of support to disadvantaged refugees and migrants. It will support with integration into the community and act as a single point of contact receiving referrals from schools, social services and health agencies. People will be offered a needs assessment and progress will be monitored to ensure all areas such as housing, financial, social, skills and employment and physical health are progressing.
