Project overview

This funding will help the group to provide activities to encourage people to use green spaces including cycling, gardening, guided walks and kayaking. A volunteer coordinator will also be recruited to support the group's network of volunteers who act as befrienders in the local community. This will benefit people's health and wellbeing, reduce isolation and improve mental health.
