Eligible areas

We're opening to different areas at different times.

You do not have to already be working within an eligible area to apply.

But we'll prioritise applications from organisations that are:

• connected to the area

• have a deep understanding of local needs and communities

We'll fund one organisation in each area.

Round one areas

Round one is open from Wednesday 13 January 2027 to Wednesday 24 February 2027. The areas that are open for application are:

Why we've gone with these areas

The Community Wealth Fund areas were chosen to receive this funding because they are some of England's most disadvantaged areas.
