Congratulations on receiving your grant!

If you’ve received funding through Dormant Assets NI (or through Dormant Accounts Fund NI) this guidance should be followed to support you to promote and advertise your award.

Logo

As part of your grant, we ask you to use this logo where you can.

Dormant Assets Logo

Displaying the logo will show people who benefit from your work that you've received funding through Dormant Assets NI. Only projects that have been awarded a grant can use this logo, so we hope you will see it as a recognition of your success.

You should use this logo on any materials you produce, like posters or leaflets. You should also show it on your website and social media if you have them.

Please use the logo exactly as it is - we've designed the logo to work as a single piece of artwork. Please do not alter or remove any part of it, including changing the colours, or cropping the white space around the logo.

Logos you can download and use

JPEG files

EPS files

Download the ZIP file containing the EPS files for:

  • full colour logo (transparent background)
  • the full colour logo (white background)
  • black logo
  • white logo.

Formats

It is available in two file formats. We recommend the ‘JPEG’ format for most day-to-day uses, including for Word documents, websites or social media.

The logo is also available in ‘EPS’ format, sometimes referred to as a ‘vector’ file. This file will only work in professional design software, and should be used for large-scale print and merchandise (like banners, pop-up stands, large vehicle stickers).

We want the logo to be readable and recognisable. So please make sure that it's not smaller than 30mm in height on any printed material. If you use it on your website, make sure it's large enough to be clearly legible. It should also never be stretched or distorted.

Sharing your story

Our communications team will contact you before we announce your funding. We’ll publish the good news about your grant on our website and send the story to media.

Press releases

If you're sending information to the media, you could use the information below which explains more about Dormant Asset funding in the Notes to Editors section, and add a paragraph about your organisation and project:

Notes to editors:

This project/work is funded through money from Dormant Assets, UK bank and building society accounts and other assets such as insurance and pensions that have been untouched for 15 or more years, where customers cannot be traced.

The Reclaim Fund releases funds from Dormant Assets to The National Lottery Community Fund for distribution to good causes across the UK.

Through policy direction from the Department of Finance, in Northern Ireland, this money supports the Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector to build capacity and become more sustainable.

The National Lottery Community Fund is the largest non-statutory community funder in the UK. They support activities that create resilient communities that are more inclusive and environmentally sustainable that will strengthen society and improve lives. They are proud to award money raised by National Lottery players and work closely with Government to distribute other grants and funding from key programmes and initiatives.
