Step Forward Tees Valley
Step Forward Tees Valley helps people across the Tees Valley who want to work but have something holding them back. These complex barriers to work include physical or mental ill-health, a lack of self-confidence, a gap in skills, a conviction, or a problem relating to alcohol or drugs. The project works with a range of partners to help people overcome their barriers and, when they are ready, take advantage of voluntary, training or employment possibilities. Step Forward Tees Valley also works with local employers to create new opportunities for participants.
