Project overview

This group is a community development project within Strathclyde University, set up to provide advice and support to vulnerable rural communities. The grant will allow the group to run a Community Conference Gathering, bringing forty rural groups together to share common experiences and best practice for rural development, network with support agencies and funding bodies, and develop skills for sustainable regeneration. The grant will fund travel, accommodation and hire of conference facilities.
