The trust runs a community building and will refurbish an elevation to its roof. The trust has had one part of the roof mended but does not have sufficient money to carry out the remainder of the works. The building has a full programme of bookings but is now in the situation where these bookings will have to be cancelled during wet and inclement weather because of leaks to the roof.
