Project overview

The funding will be used to run a course of couples counselling sessions aimed at giving young people the tools to gain the emotional skills that will help them navigate their relationships referencing the uncertainty caused by Covid and its effects. The project aims to see a range of outcomes beneficiaries develop including stronger relationships better self-esteem and skills to help them through hard times.
