Project overview

This project will support people living with a disability and carers by providing training via workshops promoting employability skills in community engaged practice. They will also provide mentoring and support to encourage young community leaders. This project will focus on sharing best practice supporting and mentoring young leaders developing community cohesion and social networks with an emphasis on recovering as a community after the pandemic.
