The funding will be used to create and run a 3-step mentoring programme to empower young people to overcome challenges and take control of their lives. The project aims to provide young people with positive role models to talk to that will make them feel supported and help them gain the knowledge and tools to make positive choices towards maintaining good mental health independently.
