Project overview

The funding will be used to deliver physical exercise and cognitive behavioural therapy sessions for young women from the Orthodox Jewish community where participants will be provided with the opportunity to improve their physical and mental health after a period of lockdown with the aim of reducing anxiety and depression and promoting physical and mental wellbeing.
