Project overview

The funding will be used to run 5 day residential outdoor activity programmes whilst also allowing people to develop a network of friendship and support reducing isolation and social exclusion. The project aims to rebuild confidence self esteem and motivation in people whose lives have been affected by a mental or physical trauma.
