The funding will be used to deliver sessional-based activities including gentle-movement dance nutritional information practical-dietary-advice to people who are long-term unemployed elderly asylum seekers refugees and people from the BAME community. The project aims to improve the health and wellbeing of the community and reduce social isolation whilst fostering new relationships.
