Ending Life's Taboo - Let's Talk Some More - Project

Project overview

This service will fund a counsellor for one day per week to support young adults (under 40) who have been diagnosed as life limited/end of life to access psychological support. Family and friends are also supported enabling them to prepare for the loss of their young loved one. The service improves mental health and coping skills as well as help to reduce complicated grief for families.
